हम और कश्मीर

One of my friends was discussing with me on Kashmir issue. This is definitely a very controversial and emotional topic for most of the Indians. She said that Kashmir is integral part of India and we can not compromise on the issue then I have to explain certain issues and facts to her. Here are the messages which I wrote to her.

के लोग दो देशों की नफरत को बर्दाश्त कर रहे हैं. इतिहास में की गई गलती का खामियाजा उन्हें भुगतना पड़ रहा है .और यह गलती भी ऐसी है जिस को बदलने की हिम्मत तक ना तो भारत कर सकता है और ना ही पाकिस्तान कर सकता है. 

यह समस्या दोनों देशों और दो मजहबों की बीच के घमंड की है…. जब तक हम अपना अपना घमंड छोड़कर , सच में समस्या को सुलझाने के लिए तैयार नहीं होते कश्मीरी लोगों को यह दयनीय स्थिति बर्दाश्त करनी पड़ेगी. डर तो इस बात का लगता है की नफरत की इस आग में कहीं भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों का ही भविष्य न जल जाए…. देशभक्ति की झूठी भावना ने हम दोनों ही देशों का बहुत नुक्सान किया है. बहुत अच्छा होता अगर हम यह जान पाते कि बंदूक के बल पर कभी  किसी पर control कर के नहीं रखा जा सकता.

[26/04 7:53 pm] Deepak Tyagi: Who taught us that Kashmir is the integral part of India? this is the Government of India. this is the biggest propaganda of Government of India. in fact ,Kashmir was a princely state before independence and after independence, it was not the part of India .most of princely states either went with Pakistan or came with India but there were few which decided to remain independent .Kashmir was one of them and when the Pakistani militant attacked Kashmir,the king of kashmir  decided to go with India .what the term  used  was acquisition not  Merger. the Prime Minister of India promised them that there will be plebiscite after restoring peace there . But this peace could never be restored there.
Then, india changed its stand when mr Jawahar lal Nahru realised that Kashmir might decide to go with pakistan or remain independent if there will be any plebiscite. Other political parties also started reverberating that Kashmir is intregal part of india. In fact,  nobody execpt govt of india show kashmir as intregal part of India. They all term it as disputed area.
Meanwhile, govt of  india used its propaganda machine and converted it into a vote fetching issue. This become so sensitive issue that even mr B R Ambedkar lost election when he spoke against the mainsteam opinion. At the same time,  pakistani politicians were also propagating among their masses that india has illegally occupied a Muslim majority territory. According to their two nation theory kashmir  should be their part. But nobody was ready to listen kashmiris. They were mere spectator while their future was being destroyed.

[26/04 8:02 pm] Deepak Tyagi: किसी भी जगह ke निवासी hi वहां के मालिक होते हैं .और अगर हम बंदूक के बल पर या फिर आर्म्ड फोर्स स्पेशल पावर एक्ट (AFSPA) jaise कानून बनाकर जबरदस्ती किसी पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश करते हैं तो वही होता है जो कश्मीर में हो रहा है. कश्मीर के 93 परसेंट लोगों ने कश्मीर by इलेक्शन में भाग नहीं लिया ..क्या यह अपने आप में पूरा संकेत नहीं है कि कश्मीरी लोग भारत की सेना की वहां मौजूदगी से खुश नहीं है ? सबसे गंभीर प्रश्न तो यह है कि कश्मीर लोग भारत के साथ क्यों नहीं रहना चाहते ? ..कहीं ऐसा तो नहीं कि जबरदस्ती बल प्रयोग करके हमने कश्मीरियों के मन में अविश्वास पैदा कर दिया है? समाधान sirf yahi हो सकता है कि हम कश्मीरी लोगों के पास जाएं और उन्हें भरोसा दिलाएं कि उन्हें सेना के बल पर कब्जा नहीं किया जाएगा ..बल्कि उनकी इच्छाओं का आदर किया जाएगा उन्हें निर्णय लेने की स्वतंत्रता दी जाएगी और कश्मीरी युवाओं को यह भरोसा भी दिखाना आवश्यक है कि पाकिस्तान के साथ जाने या एक स्वतंत्र राष्ट्र बनाने की बजाय अगर ve भारत के साथ आते हैं तो ज्यादा खुश रहेंगे. 

बिना बराबरी के आधार पर बातचीत किए हम कश्मीर को कभी भी अपना अभिन्न अंग बनआ  नहीं पाएंगे .चाहे संविधानिक और राजनीतिक रुप से हम इस चीज को कितना भी प्रचार करते रहे…

[26/04 8:07 pm] Deepak Tyagi: तुम्हें इन तथ्यों की जांच करना चाहिए कि कश्मीर से भारत कितना रिवेन्यू गेट करता है… सच्चाई तो यह है कि कश्मीर से भारत बहुत ही कम राजस्व प्राप्त करता है. और इसकी वजह है हम कश्मीर और कश्मीर की सुरक्षा से जुड़े हुए मसलों पर बहुत बड़ी मात्रा में धन व्यय करते हैं . साथ hi हमारी सरकार को अपने कश्मीर प्रोपेगंडा को बनाए रखने के लिए भी धन खर्च करना पड़ता है ..हमारे पड़ोसी देश के साथ बहुत संबंध खराब है जिसकी वजह से हमें अपनी सेना पर भी बहुत अधिक खर्च करना पड़ता है. साथ ही साथ हमारे देश के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे भी सिर्फ कश्मीर समस्या की चर्चा करने के कारण चर्चा में नहीं आ पाते हैं …इसलिए कश्मीर आर्थिक रूप से कभी भी हमारे लिए लाभदायक  नहीं है और वर्तमान समय में कश्मीर खूबसूरत नहीं रहा है …वह अशांति का सबसे बड़ा symbol बन चुका है खूबसूरती सिर्फ और सिर्फ तभी आ सकती है जब कश्मीर में टोटली पीस Ho..

[26/04 8:17 pm] Deepak Tyagi: यह मामला कुछ उसी प्रकार का है जिस प्रकार china तिब्बत पर अपना दावा करती है ..और इसराइल फिलिस्तीन की जमीन पर कब्जा करने की लगातार कोशिश कर रहा है .Jis Prakar Africa Mein Europe ki colonial powers ne jabardasti Rekha khich kar desh bana diye aur Berlin ko divide Karke Uske Beech Mein   wall Kardi Gayi ..इस प्रकार के समाधान सिर्फ कुछ खुराफाती दिमाग को के अंदर ही आते हैं. वह लोग नहीं समझ पाते किसी क्षेत्र को विभाजित करने से उस क्षेत्र की sanskritiyan batane लगती हैं. लोगों का जीवन किसी स्तर पर प्रभावित होता है वह कभी सोच भी नहीं पाते… Kashmir Koi tokri mein Rakha Hua apple nahi hai Jis Ke do tukade kar Diye jaye aur Bharat Pakistan ko de diya Jayega.. Ye kuch logo ki Saja Zindagi Ka Pratik hai. Kashmir sirf aur sirf ek hi hona chahiye

One of my  friends in Delhi is a Kashmiri. He says that Kashmir is very beautiful but natural beauty is useless for a place where curfew remains for more than 150 days in a year.

I also don’t want to be apart with this hasin vadi but we can not call kashmir ours because it is very beautiful.
